About Talc

Talc is the world’s softest and most hydrophobic mineral – insoluble and inert. It adds new features to products and makes processes more efficient. Talc grades on the market often contain Magnesium Carbonate, Dolomite, Calcite, Quartz or Chlorite. The properties of these minerals may vary depending on the resource. 20 Microns has access to some of the finest quality Talc reserves in India and gives it an edge over the other struggling resources world over.

The performance of TALC products depends on its particle shape (aspect ratio) and particle size distribution. Our product portfolio offers a wide range of milling characteristics, including a narrow particle spectrum and efficient PSD curves.

A variety of applications ranging from Paper, Paints, Polyester Putties, Plastics, Adhesives, Cosmetics, Ceramics, and many more are being catered by 20 Microns product range. Our products are from the purest reserves with controlled residue resulting in some diversely crafted products under the brand name “Micron Talc” and also offering some specialized high aspect ratio Talc with a perfect combination of precisely controlled particle size distribution for high tech applications.
